I am not quite sure yet Its not the best quality you will see cheap plastic, stuff falling off when putting battery etc.; I guess that was expected for the price. With some tape and lot of interpretation of their manual, I was able to make this work. It is not a well ironed out product though, sometimes it hangs and does not take commands from phone; you have to restart the system to fix, which is impossible when you are not around. In short, I am not very confident that it will work the way it should, when required. Further degrading my confidence in the product is the fact that in 1 month one motion detector and two remotes have quit working. I did not have time to debug the issue–hardware or the base unit just lost the remotes yet.Anyways, I think this product needs a lot of improvement. I will probably get something else next time.I would have given them 2 stars, but instead i gave them 3 because of their customer support. I can tell that the support is not local but very…

Alarm is great, manual not so great It’s as-advertised, at a good price. The wireless sensors have good range, sufficient that one can arm/disarm the system from more than 50 feet outside a frame house, and sufficient that the base can be placed at one corner of a 3500sq.ft. single-story home and still properly receive signals from sensors at the other far corner. The only hardware problem is that the cord on the speaker/buzzer is far too short. They should have provided a means to extend it, since three feet (or so) doesn’t allow you to put the speaker where it will do the most good. You can purchase an extension cable for it from any good audio supply. The manual is totally unintelligible. It was simply transliterated from Chinese, so even though the words are in English, it reads exactly as it would have been spoken in Chinese with none of the standard forms of speech English requires to be understood. Hardly a single word in it makes sense to an English-speaking person. There are also many outright…
